Kassassin Street - Centre Straight Atom - Reviewed

Soutshea based Kassassin Street spoke to us this week, directing us towards their new single, 'Centre Straight Atom', of which of course possesses the to be expected kaleidoscopic and pyschedelic sound of the five piece.

Opening with a rather Kasabian sounding intro, 'Centre Straight Atom' incorporates synth-pop with the alternative in a brilliant contrast.

"Centre Straight Atom" is screamed out like a broken record by Rowan Bastable whilst intertwining with a dazing and harmonic electro, guitar and bass combo before reaching the pinnicle point, at which incorporates that Kasabian sounding intro once again before exploding into a beautiful mess of pyschedelia. 'Centre Straight Atom' is one of those tracks worthy of a few strobe lights, a track that you can invisage a fair few mashed up people in a Festival tent moshing too without an ounce of thought and a track thats bound to take Kassassin Street places.
