Jordan Cardy, better known as RAT BOY, is an exciting new solo artist coming out of Essex who has created his own messy genre of hip hop vibes, drum ‘n’ bass beats, along with his use of spoken word samples.
These aspects are all thrown together in his newest release, a mixtape entitled 'Neighbourhood Watch'. It’s an exhilarating journey which seems to have taken inspiration from a vast number of artists, shown perfectly with the dark, psychedelic beats at the start emulating The Rolling Stones’ ‘Gimme Shelter.’ This is a must listen release from an artist who is destined for a big future in the industry.
