Lewis Del Mar, remember the name. The duo, from Rockaway Beach, New York have an incredible indie art-pop vibe which was first showcased in their debut release on the underground scene, Loud(y). Now a month old it has already reached 200,000 plays on Soundcloud, affirming the fact that this is a stunning debut from the two piece who offer a lot of promise.
Loud(y) has perfectly mixed slow and fairly chilled vibes in which we clearly hear the vocals that give the track its identity, alongside fast paced sections with a constant guitar beat which manages to remain lodged in the mind long after the track is over. With a debut as good as this, along with their newer release, 'Memories', I personally cant wait for what Lewis Del Mar has in store next.
